We have a network of over 1,000 freelance assistants looking for clients like you. All the assistants we connect you with work on a self-employed basis. Just like with freelancers in Germany, you'll receive an invoice, pay it, and that's it. Simple and straightforward.
In many countries, such as Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc., the average hourly wage is around €2-3. With you, they earn €5-12 per hour, double that! In short: It's not just fair, it's exceptionally well-paid in these countries. So you're doing yourself and your assistants a favor.
Yes. Just like a German freelancer, you will receive a standard commercial invoice. These invoices are accepted by the German, Austrian, and Swiss tax authorities without any problems.
No. Bogus self-employment is a law that applies to self-employed individuals based in countries like Germany or Austria. These individuals are not permitted to work exclusively for one client on a long-term basis, as this would be considered equivalent to an employment relationship. This law regarding bogus self-employment does not exist in our Eastern European countries. Therefore, you can work with our freelance assistants on a long-term basis with complete peace of mind.
The assistants we provide are all freelancers. This means there are no statutory notice periods, as with employees. You can stipulate your terms in a freelance contract.
There are two simple ways to pay your employee. First, a simple bank transfer to the employee's IBAN account. Second, using payment service providers like PayPal and others. We will, of course, send you all the necessary information during the process.
For a placement to be worthwhile for you, there is a minimum requirement. You should have tasks to assign for at least 10 hours per week or 2 hours per day.
Contracts are meant to be agreed upon: We recommend that you always draw up a freelance contract for any long-term collaboration. We can provide you with a legally reviewed contract template. This will allow you to define your terms and conditions, ensuring a long-term and productive partnership for both of you.
It depends on how much time you allocate to the assistant. If the assistant works for you full-time, then they won't have the time to work elsewhere. If you only need part-time support, then the assistant will certainly seek other clients.
